Googie Eye Mouse Bot [Colour Scheme]

Wanted to be a bit silly (and also play with photoshop). Mission accomplished.

Edit: Huh! Depending on your moniter, you may or may not see the bubble-border as completely white. It has a little bit of a cross-hatch pattern to it.
